Protective Bath for Metals

Protective bath for the passivation of silver and other metals.
PS is a solvent-free water-based product for passivating parts made from precious metals.
The protective layer formed is generated by chemical reaction, it is very thin and negligible and does not affect the touch and finishing parts.
It reduces the oxidation of the parts and the effect of external agents, maintaining the shine without giving way to opacity.
It can also be applied on plated or plated pieces, even on pieces previously treated with patina.

Work cycle:
Carry out a first wash with an ultrasonic machine.
Rinse with running water. Carry out an acid activation (Composition: 999 ml of distilled water 1 ml of nitric acid).
Rinse with running water. Immerse the part in the PS liquid for 5 minutes at 55ºC, apply a little agitation.
Rinse with running water (recommended: apply temperature) Make a final rinse with running water and dry with the usual means
