Antioxidant for Balls and Needles

Dreher's F-7 Antioxidant compound for balls, needles, satellites used in mechanical polishing processes.

This compound ensures cleaning and protection against oxidation, also clearing the dirt acquired during the work cycle and contributing to proper storage when tools are not used for a long time.

Way of use:
Application: We will immerse the balls and other elements in a solution containing 70 gr. from F-7 per liter.

Oxidation Cleaning: We will carry the drum with the oxidized elements, spinning them for two hours to subsequently wash the tank.
We will repeat this cycle as many times as necessary until the oxidized elements recover their initial appearance.

Cleaning the acquired dirt during the work cycle: This is very important to get the best possible results. If the spheres and other elements are dirty, they will not transmit the spectacular shine of stainless steel spheres. And the result will be bad, dull.
The method is the same as the previous but shorter: we will perform two cycles of approximately fifteen minutes.

Storage Method: Store in accordance with local legislation. Observe the instructions on the label. Store containers between 5 and 35 ° C, in a dry, well -ventilated place, far from heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep away from the ignition points. Keep away from oxidizing agents and materials strongly acidic or alkaline.

Once opened, containers should be carefully closed again and placed vertically to avoid spills.
