Shipping to Mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira
Lingold Ferramentas ships orders to mainland Portugal and the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira.
Mainland Portugal: 24 to 48 working hours after dispatch.
Madeira: 48 to 72 working hours after dispatch.
Azores: 72 to 96 working hours after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination and shipping service. Shipping charges are calculated according to weight and destination and are displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
Collection from Our Premises
Customers may collect their orders from Lingold Ferramentas premises free of shipping charges.
Collection is by prior arrangement at an agreed time, usually within 48 working hours of order confirmation, provided the items are in stock. Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready for collection.
Pre-order Items
Items marked as pre-order require advance payment and have an estimated average availability time of 3 to 4 working days, unless otherwise stated.
When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, it will be dispatched once all items are available.
Customers wishing to receive in-stock items first may request a separate shipment, subject to additional shipping charges communicated and accepted in advance.
Payment Methods
Lingold Ferramentas offers the following payment methods:
Cash: payment upon collection in person.
Bank transfer: advance payment of the full amount, including applicable shipping charges.
MB WAY: payment using the MB WAY service, including applicable shipping charges.
Note: Orders requiring advance payment will be prepared for dispatch once payment has been confirmed as received.
Weight and Shipping
Shipping charges depend on the weight, volume and destination of the order.
Items with unusual weight or dimensions may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to the customer for acceptance before the purchase is completed.
Prices and VAT
Store prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate. The standard VAT rate in mainland Portugal is 23%.
Shipping Cost Calculation
Customers can check shipping charges in the shopping cart before completing their order. The total payable amount, including products, VAT and applicable shipping charges, is displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
