Characteristics:
Temperature: 60°C
Voltage: from 6 to 12 V

Time: 5 to 15 seconds without shaking (depending on the parts, slight shaking is required)

Use a glass container or use a stainless steel one as it radiates everywhere.
It is important to use a thermometer for the baths to initiate and control the temperature inside the bath, as this generates temperature.

Preparation:
Dissolve the salts in distilled water at approximately 40°C.
It is important to dissolve the black salts first and then the white ones.
Stir until completely dissolved and heat to 60°C.
In this way, the bath will be ready to use.
* Due to evaporation due to working conditions, the bath level must be maintained with distilled water.

Work cycle:
Apply ultrasonic degreasing
Apply electrolytic degreasing
Rinse with running water
Keep the bath at the indicated temperature (60°C) for 5 to 15 seconds, performing frequent visual checks
Rinse with hot running water

After treatment:
Carry out the electrolysis with tartaric acid (50 g of acid per liter of distilled water)
Rinse with running water
Dry with the usual means

Recommendations:
This product is harmful if swallowed and irritates eyes and skin.
It is important to keep it in a tightly closed container and not to throw waste down the drain.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor.
Carry out the work cycle in a properly ventilated place.
